Dr. Evangeline Amores

Dr. Evangeline Amores D.D.S. offers a wide variety of dental treatments to patients throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area. Before entering dental school, Dr. Amores began her career in health care as a Registered Nurse for over ten years in both the Intensive Care Unit and the Emergency Room. After graduating from Columbia University School of Dental Medicine in 1993, she enhanced her dental experience further by doing a General Practice Residency at New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical Center and completed a fellowship in Special Care Dentistry at Albert Einstein Medical Center. Following her residency, she spent five years working as an associate for a cosmetic dentist in New York City.

Dr. Evangeline Amores has been practicing in San Francisco for the past sixteen years. In her eight years she has offered quality care for emergency treatments, teeth whitening, tooth extractions, gum disease, dental implants, Invisalign, root canal therapy, bridges, veneers, and crowns among others. Dr. Amores is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, San Francisco Dental Society, American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the American Association of Cosmetic Dentists.


Dr. Barzin Mark Pourfarrokh

Dr. Barzin received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from New York University, before completing a residency program focused on restorative and surgical dentistry from the prestigious Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City. As a San Francisco native, he is extremely excited to bring his enthusiastic, patient education centric style of practice to downtown!

Dr. Barzin focuses on restorative and cosmetic dentistry including tooth colored fillings, crowns, partial crowns, veneers, and is an Invisalign certified provider. He takes great effort to formulate and present the best course of treatment to your individuals needs, presenting findings in an understandable language, and answering any and every question along the way. He is a lifelong learner, and as such, regularly seeks interesting continuing education courses and resources  to stay up to date with the latest trends and technology. He  is an active member with Spear Education and Spear Study Club and is also an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, California Dental Association, and the San Francisco Dental Society. 

Outside of the office, you can find Dr. Barzin playing tennis on any given sunny day, and taking advantage of the City's dynamic food scene. Do be sure to drop a recommendation of your favorite eats the next time you see him!
